土耳其库尔德语言政策述评：从隐形化到逐步开放From invisiblization to moderate openness: A review of Kurdish language policy in Turkey

摘要(Abstract)：
库尔德人,作为土耳其境内第二大族群,是一个被"隐形化"却又异常突出的群体。本文以Kymlicka和Patten提出的语言规划模式为依据,阐释了土耳其自建国以来在不同时期对库尔德人从隐形化到逐步开放的语言政策,探析了相关的语言意识形态及其动因。土耳其从坚定地恪守国家建设型语言规划模式到21世纪初萌生了语言保护型语言规划模式的转向是由多方面因素促成的:凯末尔主义、色佛尔症候群、加入欧盟的愿景以及国际形势的变换。
